ABOUT ME

Take care - an expression often used in English to say goodbye. You wish the other person all the best and he/she should take care of him/herself. It is a simple phrase to say in passing, but it is full of meaning.

Have you ever noticed that almost every day we read about depression, burnout, inequality, performance and stress in the media? 7 out of 10 women feel that they are not good enough. External pressures can be overwhelming. You feel alone, confused, not yourself, or don't know who you are. Instead of being able to flourish, you feel pressure to prove something to others in order to fit in.

Alfred Adler, the founder of Individual Psychology says,"You're good enough just the way you are."

My hope is that this website will encourage and motivate you to get to know and love yourself better.

That's why I want to provide you with the tools along the way to help you push your own boundaries, discover your passions, realize your value, and achieve your goals so that you can live the life of your dreams.

Welcome to your journey to take care of yourself!

All the best

Monika

“Fall in love with taking care of yourself. Fall in love with the path of deep healing. Fall in love with becoming the best version of yourself but with patience, with compassion and respect to your own journey.“
