Get to know me

I am Monika Wittwer, married to Simi (short for Simon) since 2017 and proud owner of two cats; Timmy & Milo. I love to travel and discover new places. Those places should be somewhere by the sea where it is warm. 

 

I currently work part-time as an Office Manager and HR Advisor in a construction company in Zurich. And I'm working part-time as an independent counselor.

 

I live in beautiful Zurich. I like the multicultural feeling and the different food options in the city. I like to go out for coffee or dinner with friends. Yes, food is definitely one of my love languages! I love good food and cooking. You can often find me spending hours looking for new recipes to try. When I'm not cooking, I'm outdoors or on the lake with my stand-up paddle. 

 

One of my greatest passions is learning. I can tell you that my book list is endless and won't get any shorter no matter how much I read. I love books about people, how they behave, what their potential is and how they can take advantage of it. In the more than 10 years I have been working with young people, I have always been fascinated to see how they change and develop from year to year. There is so much energy and potential. I have seen what a difference a positive and encouraging environment can make in the lives of young people. This has inspired me to create such an environment for others.
